The deputies and cops protects the judge; they are like the judge's children. Wouldn't you want to protect your children? By the way, the defendant has to waive his rights for all this to go away. I'm sure there will be some kind of negotiation and a deal will take place. Now, imagine you having sex with a 17 year old and you get caught. Can you use consensual as a defense? My point is, breaking the law is breaking the law! And you must be charged regardless!

Gukeisen has been disbarred in Arizona (see: http://www.azbar.org/FindALawy.... According the State Bar website, he ADMITTED violating Ethical Rule 8.4(b) which provides: "It is professional misconduct for a lawyer to: . . . (b) commit a criminal act that reflects adversely on the lawyer's honesty, trustworthiness or fitness as a lawyer in other respects."

No, her maiden name was Dawn Rae Smith ,then when she married my father then her last name became Stilley after she divorced my abusive father she met someone who made her happy and then remarried making her last name Nelson when she past away.
